This instant mashed potato product is a dry preparation designed for quick use without boiling, suitable for professional kitchens, catering and food production. For a standard preparation, bring 800 ml water or milk to the boil, remove from the heat, add 130 g mash, stir vigorously and allow to stand for about 10 minutes. It can be enriched with butter, dried and rehydrated vegetables, cheese or chilli, with salt added to taste. GMO-free and non-irradiated; store in a dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
